The Gallery - White

This week's theme for The Gallery over at Sticky Fingers, is white.

For the past few weeks large areas of the UK have been blanketed under several inches of snow. Schools closed, public transport ground to a halt and panic buying ensued.

Here in Berkshire we escaped pretty unscathed, yet Thursday we had the dreaded fall out. A total of 4 mm of snow. As you can see my cat Charlie O'Marley from The Paw Relations blog was less then impressed with Mother Nature's glittering show.

Wha? Who the hell put all that white stuff there?

  7. More impressed than my cat who hasn't ventured outside for 10 days. The snow's still 3 feet deep here.

  8. Poor Charlie! Snow makes black-cat-camouflage so very challenging.

  18. My cats hate the snow, but it is funny watching them trying to figure out how to walk through it without getting their paws covered in the stuff!

  20. Aww bless! He looks as confused as my youngest son was when we opened the blinds to see a foot of snow there! Mind you, he wasn't the only one feeling that way! ;)

  22. It's so funny watching cats walking through snow - they behave as though it is a personal affront. I like the way they shake each paw as they pick their way across the garden - or at least mine do. Nice pic - I nearly posted my cat Spooky as a white on white, but it felt lame as I'd used her once already!
